Medicines take a little longer
A medicine that needs a prescription or an assessment is not dispatched when you order it — it is dispatched once a professional has approved it and you have paid. That is usually one working day, sometimes sooner. You are emailed at each step, and nothing is charged before approval.
How the different medicines workOutside our area?
We cannot send medicines beyond Torbay, Teignbridge and Totnes. A consultation is still open to you wherever you are — a vet can advise, and write a prescription your own practice or another pharmacy can fill.
